Find the EBO2 clinics nearest you

Enter a ZIP code or use your location to see which of the 177 clinics we list are closest, how far each is in a straight line, and what each one publishes about its EBO2 service: price, session length, device, and who supervises.

Private: the finder measures every distance in this browser tab. A ZIP code search downloads one small table from this site, named by the first digit of the ZIP code, so our server can see that one digit; your ZIP code and your location are never sent or saved.

Five digits, such as 60093, or ZIP+4.

Search above, and the nearest listed clinics appear here.

The finder needs JavaScript, which is off in this browser. It measures distances on your device, so without it there is nothing to compute. You can still browse the full directory, pick your state on the directory's state map, or use the list of states below.

    Clinics by state

Every state where we list at least one clinic, with how many we list. Each state page has the full list and a map.

    What this tool does

It lists the clinics in our directory nearest a ZIP code or your location, closest first, with the straight-line distance to each, and shows what each one states on its own website: a price, how long a session takes, the device it names, and who supervises. You can narrow the list by distance and to clinics that publish a price, state who supervises, or have a verified listing. It does not rank clinics or recommend one.

    How the finder works

When you search by ZIP code, your browser downloads one small table of ZIP code centers from this site, the one for ZIP codes that begin with the same digit as yours, and looks your ZIP code up in it. Our server can see which of the ten tables was requested, and so the first digit, but never your ZIP code. If your ZIP code is not in the table, as with many PO box and business ZIP codes, the finder uses the middle of the ZIP codes that share its first three digits and says so.

When you use your location, your browser asks your permission and hands this page your coordinates. Your browser decides how to find them and may consult its own location service; the page keeps them in the tab and sends them nowhere.

The page then measures the straight-line (great-circle) distance to every listed clinic it can place and lists the ones within the distance you choose, nearest first. If none is that close, it shows the three nearest and how far away they are. The filters keep only the clinics that publish a price, that state who supervises sessions, or whose listing is verified.

Under each clinic you see what its listing records and what the clinic states on its own website: the price it publishes, session length, the device it names, and who supervises. A line appears only when the clinic says it. Our research pass read those pages, as our editorial policy describes, and we give the date.

    The data behind it

The finder searches the 177 clinics in our directory as of September 28, 2026. Of those, 159 are placed by the map point of their street address, 14 by the center of their ZIP code (the listing has no map point), and 4 cannot be placed at all.

Not placed, so not in any distance result:

174 of the 177 listings are verified: we confirmed on the clinic's own website that it offers EBO2 or EBOO, on the date shown. 40 show a price: 39 read from the clinic's own EBO2 page and 1 recorded when the listing was checked, shown as "From". The price report and the price check count only the first kind. We have read the EBO2 page of 163 of the 177 clinics for session length, device, and supervision, most recently on September 28, 2026, and 95 of them state who supervises sessions.

That reading is still under way, so the "state who supervises sessions" filter covers only the 163 clinics read so far. A clinic with no line for a fact may state it on a page we have not read.

ZIP code centers come from the US Census Bureau's ZIP Code Tabulation Areas, as packaged by the open-source us-zips project, rounded to about 100 meters. Clinic map points come from each listing.

    What it cannot tell you

    • Driving distance or travel time. Miles are straight lines between two approximate points: the middle of a ZIP code, or the point your browser reports, and a clinic's map point.
    • Clinics we do not list. Others may offer EBO2 near you.
    • Whether a clinic is good, safe, or right for you. A listing, a "verified" label, or a short distance is not a recommendation. Verified means only that the clinic's own website offered EBO2 on the date shown; we do not check licenses, safety records, or results.
    • Today's prices and staff. The facts are what each clinic said on the day we read its website. Confirm the price, what it includes, and who treats you, in writing, before you book.
    • Whether a clinic will treat you. That depends on your health and the clinic's screening, which is a conversation for you and a clinician.
