EBO2.com is an independent educational resource and clinic directory for EBO2 (also called EBOO), extracorporeal blood oxygenation and ozonation. It is independently operated and is not owned by, funded by, or affiliated with any clinic, device manufacturer, or ozone-therapy trade group.
Who runs the site
The site is run by an independent operator that publishes as EBO2.com, with a postal address at 1968 S. Coast Hwy, #1921, Laguna Beach, CA 92651. The same operator runs app.ebo2.com, where you can create an account. We do not sell EBO2 or any other treatment, and we take no fee when a reader contacts or books with a clinic.
We do not name individual staff on the site. Guides carry the byline of the EBO2.com Editorial Team, and the editorial policy explains who checks what. When a licensed clinician has reviewed a guide, the guide names that reviewer, with credentials and the date of the review, and the reviewer's profile appears on our medical review page. No guide has been reviewed yet.
Why this site exists
Almost everything written about EBO2 online is written by clinics selling it. We think people deciding whether to spend a thousand dollars or more on a session deserve a source that states the FDA's position plainly, links to the actual studies, describes their limitations, and lists clinics without ranking them by who paid the most.
So we publish what is otherwise hard to find in one place: what the published research did and found, in the papers' own words; what clinics state on their own websites about price, session length, supervision, and the equipment they use, each with a link to the page; and what regulators have actually said, quoted from their own documents. Each of these comes with a date, so you can see how current it is, and with the source, so you can check it yourself.
What you will find here

- A research library. 78 published studies, each with its type, its size where the paper states it, what the authors reported, and what limits the result, plus structured cards of what the papers report.
- A clinic directory. 177 US clinics in 43 states, listed because public sources or the clinic itself indicate they offer EBO2 or EBOO, with what each says on its own website and the dates we checked.
- Reports and tools. What clinics publish about prices and practical details, a tracker of 33 regulatory documents, and four tools: a price check, a session cost planner, a clinic finder, and a list of questions to take to your own doctor.
- Data. The records behind the reports, free to download and reuse with credit.
How the site is funded
EBO2.com is free to read and free for clinics to be listed in. We sell no listings, placements, rankings, or badges, accept no payment for editorial coverage or testimonials, and use no affiliate links. We run no ads. The site is paid for by its operator.
Being free to clinics matters for what you read. Because no clinic pays us, no clinic can buy a better position, a "Verified" badge, or a kinder description, and we have no reason to favor one clinic over another. Within each state, the directory lists verified clinics first and then sorts alphabetically. If that ever changed, we would say so in our terms and editorial policy before it took effect, and we would label anything paid wherever it appeared.
What we will not do
- Tell you whether to have EBO2, recommend a clinic, or answer questions about your own health. We do not know you, and nothing here is medical advice.
- Say or imply that EBO2 or ozone therapy cures or treats any disease, or that it is FDA-approved. It is not FDA-approved to treat any condition.
- Publish testimonials, patient reviews, ratings, or before-and-after stories.
- Sell placement, rankings, or badges, or take money from the clinics and companies we write about.
- Publish how a named clinic words FDA status or the health claims on its pages. We report those only as counts across all clinics.
- Invent quotes, studies, statistics, people, or experiences.
- Sell your personal information. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why.
How content is produced
Articles are drafted with AI writing tools from the sources they cite. Each guide's closing paragraph says where its own review stands; at the moment no guide has been checked claim by claim by a human editor, and none has a clinician's sign-off. The facts our research pass records about each clinic's service, and the facts on each study card, are kept in the source's own words with a link to the page; each regulatory record quotes its source; and a script checks every quote against the saved text of the pages we read. Pages that carry a "Medically reviewed by" line have also been reviewed by the licensed clinician named there. When we get something wrong, we correct it and date the change. Names and trademarks
"EBO2" and "EBOO" are used on this site descriptively to refer to the procedure. Any trademarks belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with any company that markets EBO2 or EBOO equipment. When a device or a company is named on the site, it is because a clinic, a published paper, or a regulator names it in a public source. A mention is not an endorsement, and it is not an accusation: we report what the source says, with a link to it. If you believe we have used a name or a mark wrongly, tell us through the contact form and we will review it.
How to reach us
For corrections, questions, privacy requests, and press enquiries, use the contact form and choose the topic that fits, and include the page address if your message is about a particular page. Messages are read by people, and we usually reply within two business days. Clinics that want to claim, correct, or add a listing should use the For clinics page, which asks for the details we need. We cannot answer questions about your own health or tell you whether a treatment is right for you; for that, please talk to your own clinician.
