Sources
Every factual claim links to a source, tagged by type so you can weigh it:
- Peer-reviewed: indexed journal articles, linked to PubMed or the publisher.
- Regulatory: FDA, eCFR, state medical boards, and equivalent bodies.
- Clinic-stated: prices, protocols, or claims published by a clinic. We report these as what the clinic says, not as fact.
- News, book, other: used for history and context, not for clinical claims.
How we describe evidence
We name the study type, sample size, and main limitation of any study we cite. We do not use "proven", "clinically shown", or "cure". Where no controlled evidence exists for a use, we say so before describing the proposed rationale. We state on every relevant page that ozone therapy is not FDA-approved for any condition.

See how medical review works. The "Medically reviewed by" line appears only after a named clinician has approved the page.
How clinics get listed and verified
A clinic is listed when we find EBO2 or EBOO offered on its own website. "Verified" means an editor confirmed that on the date shown and recorded the page as the source. We re-check listings at least every 90 days; a listing that goes 180 days without a check is removed from the site automatically. Listings are free. We do not verify outcomes, licensure, or safety records, and a listing is not a recommendation.
No paid placements
No clinic can pay for position, a badge, or coverage on EBO2.com. Directory pages list verified clinics first and then sort alphabetically, and nothing else affects the order. No clinic is mentioned in an article in exchange for anything.
Conflicts of interest
We sell no listings or placements, accept no funding from clinics or device manufacturers, run no affiliate links in editorial content, and publish no testimonials or patient reviews.
Corrections
Report an error through the contact form. We correct substantive errors within five business days, update the page's "Updated" date, and note material changes at the end of the article.
Use of AI tools
Drafts may be prepared with AI writing tools. A human editor checks every published claim against its cited source before publication, and clinical review is performed only by licensed clinicians.
